to Celebrate the End of the
Journey We Started Last January
A year ago we started on a journey - a series of four virtual ROAD TRIPS. Along the way we worked on goals (personal and group goals) to help us get to our final destination.
1. We started in mid January at Palmyra, New York in the Sacred grove and traveled to Nauvoo, Illinois. In April we celebrated our arrival in Nauvoo.
2. We then started on our road trip in April from Nauvoo to Salt Lake City, Utah. We arrived in Salt Lake City in July and celebrated as part of our Pioneer festivities.
3. The next part of the road trip took us from Salt Lake City in July to the World. In October, we celebrated as part of the International Pot Luck Dinner.
4. The last leg of our journey was from the World in October to the Celestial Kingdom in January. And now, here we are with our final celebration... a "Three Degrees of Glory" Progressive Dinner.
The dinner is this Saturday night ... It will start at 6:30pm in the Relief Society Room (the Telestial Kingdom) with some light refreshments and then on to the Young Women's Room (the Terrestrial Kingdom) for additional refreshments and then to our final destination... the Celestial Kingdom (happens to be in the Cultural Hall) for our main course and a short, beautiful musical presentation. Please come and celebrate with us.
